Hello! I’m Masoud Alimardi, the director of Wordona Research Institute. It’s a pleasure to connect with you. Over the past several years, I’ve specialized in SmartPLS analysis here in Iran. At some point, I felt it was time to share my knowledge and experience on a broader, international level. Alongside conducting statistical analysis projects, I’ve spent years teaching SmartPLS—both in academic settings for graduate students and through the Cochrana platform (our Iranian website), where I’ve organized several online courses and specialized workshops. I’m proud to have trained over 3,000 students in structural equation modeling with SmartPLS. This extensive teaching experience has given me deep familiarity with the most common challenges in data handling, model design, and result interpretation. It has also enabled me to offer not just instruction, but practical and accurate solutions to real research problems.
